Not what you were expecting? Don't worry! You have up to 30 days (after delivery) to returned items you purchased. To initiate a return, kindly follow the steps below to initiate your return. Processing time for returns takes up to 10 business days from the time the return is received.
Please note that only products purchased from www.doucce.com will be accepted for return. We regret that we cannot accept exchanges at this time. In the event of any perceived abuse(s) of this Satisfaction Guarantee, to be determined at the sole discretion of Doucce, a return may not be honored.
To initiate a return

Identify the items you want to return and create mailing label
To begin your return and create a prepaid USPS label, enter your email address and order number in our interactive return process.

Prepare your package
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, then affix your shipping label to the package. Make sure there is no other tracking labels on the package.

Ship your package
When your package is ready, give it to your mail deliverer or drop it off at your nearest post office.
Doucce currently provides free shipping on orders $30+ throughout the continental United State.
Most Doucce orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST may ship the following business day. Likewise, orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt. When your order is processed, you will receive another email with the tracking number linked to your order where you can view delivery status. You can also track your delivery by clicking here.
Doucce.com can only ship orders within the United States. We currently do not provide international shipping.
